Who is responsible

What we process

Server and security logs: when you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser details and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Email: if you write to us, we process your name, email address and what you write.

Why and on what legal basis

Delivering and protecting the site: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Answering your email and steps before a possible agreement: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and network). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Google (email, through Google Workspace). Google may process data outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses or a recognised data protection framework.

How long we keep it

Logs: for the period set by Cloudflare’s retention for our plan.

Email: as long as the conversation needs, and deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@evolve47.com.

You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
